Foxwood Residential Community Debuts at Geneva National
March 1, 2006 – Lake Geneva, WI – With three new residential communities introduced in 2004, Geneva National has furthered its reputation as one of the most attractive and successful second-home and permanent-residence golf resort communities in the Midwest. The 2006 season promises to offer even more opportunity and variety as several new neighborhoods are introduced with Foxwood Homes launching its new community, Foxwood, next month. “It’s an exciting time at Geneva National as we continue to expand and create opportunity for homeowners at a variety of price points,” notes Joel Reyenga, Keefe Real Estates community sales director. “Sales were at an all-time high last year and we expect that trend to continue,” he adds.

A model is expected in May and prices begin at $499,900. Additionally, The Wildflower, a roomy two-story, detached single-family, French Country home with approximately 2,700 square-feet has three bedrooms, an expansive wrap-around deck and screened porch, a three-car garage along with an abundance of high-end standard features planned. The Wildflower starts at $549,900.
