Cobblestone Courts Condominiums will prove to be an exciting new addition to Geneva National. Currently in the design phase, this eight-five unit development will be the most affordable new construction property available. Units will range from 1,600 to nearly 2,000 square feet, many with full basements and two-car garages. The unique "auto-court" design will enable every unit to have outstanding views and privacy. Pricing has yet to be determined but is expected to be in the low 300s.

Cobblestone Courts is being developed by Capstar Partners. Capstar combines two of the principals behind the resurgence of Geneva National, Mike and Rob Keefe, with one of southeastern Wisconsin 's leading developers of outstanding residential properties, Paul Votto . The Keefe name is a fixture in Lake Geneva area real estate, having been in business since 1943. In addition to Geneva National the Keefes have developed such local landmarks as Abbey Springs, The Cove, Delevan Lake Resort as well as scores of other residential and commercial properties.

Paul has been active in the construction of both single family and multi-family housing for more twenty years. As president of Milwaukee-based Burke Properties, he developed such projects as Woodland Trails Condominiums in Franklin , Library Square Townhouses in Cudahy , and St. Andrews Condominiums at Muskego Lakes Country Club.
